Stephan's recent seven-year stint at The Drake Hotel included a tenure as the director of banquet operations, during which he was responsible for the supervision and execution of private events. Nicole also had experience at The Drake, where she was director of catering for nine years. More recently, she was general manager of Chicago's 1st & Fresh Catering, a national catering service providing businesses and organizations with fresh food for meetings. She also served as general manager of the Mid-America Club, one of Chicago's most prestigious private dining organizations.
